What helpdesks are supported?

  • AssistHub will currently work with Zendesk and Desk.com, other integraions are coming soon.

How are SMS and text messages charged?

  • The SMS messages are charged based on usage, and there is a price per message. You will pay for usage separately.
  • Can I try AssistHub first?

    • Yes! We want you to love AssistHub, therefore you get a 14 days trial period to start with.

How soon after an upgrade can I use the new functionality?

  • Instantly. When you upgrade your plan, the changes are immediate, we will add the SMS usage to your bill later.
  • When I upgade the plan, is the functionality available for all agents?

    • Yes, all agents in your organizations will be able to use the same functionality.
    • Is support included in any of the plans?

      • Yes, of course! We are available to help at any time, it might take a few hours for us to get back to you.
